Do you have to be friends with your co-workers? I belive it should not matter if your friends with the workers because you should be focus on working instead of making friends. Also if your friends with the workers you can not focus on working and be to busy talking to your co-workers and mess up what ever you were doing. This might lead to you being fired or getting your hours cut. Also if you to busy talking and not doing your work if you try to apply to another job they will say not good worker and cant work as a team since you wont be doing work mostly just talking. Another reason you dont have to be friends with your co-workers is your getting paid to do your work not become there friends although making friends may not be so bad but for some people it can. In my old job a lot of workers would just talk and mess around instead of working and one of them got their hours cut. Finally I believe you don't have to be friends with your co-workers.

"Everyone else does it" This one time I was in art class and the teacher is very cool and mellow. She lets us talk and move around a lot and she woould not get mad. Everybody in that class would always be all over the room. I had my assigned seat and would always be seating their but this once I got up and went to another table to take to a friend and I got intouble. After getting introuble I went back to my seat and was doing my work but everybody else was still moving around and talking. When I saw everybody moving around I got up too and moved with my friend then my teacher saw me and took me to another room. She told me how I was being disrespectful and told me if I kept it up I would get a refferral so I told her "everybody else does it". She told me Well i'll talk to them later but for right now im talking to you.

Why Am I interested In My Career The career I'm interested in is business. The reason why I'm interested in business is because I would like to own my very own company. The company would be a clothing company because I'm really into clothing. Also I feel like there is not much clothing brands/stores for guys and I wanna make a business and go world wide. Another reason is I find business interesting since I have a business class and we do business related assignments and it is fun. These are the reasons why I find business interesting.

My Future Career Interest: Some future careers I find interesting would be Architecture and also owning my own business. I find architecture interesting because I feel like designing your own building would be awesome and having having your own building in the town/city you grew up in would be amazing. Also being able to design your future house how ever you would like would be a dream. Another interest would be owning my own business. I would like to own my own business such as in the clothing area because I feel like there's not so much good clothing for guys such as good pricing and good clothes. I go to the mall and there is more women stores and less guy stores and I feel like thats not right. I would like to own my own clothing business and branch out world wide. I would love to have either career in the future and make some differences.

Communicating in High School: In high school the students now communicate different from how it was back then. The students now communicate different because of the technology we have such as phones like texting now. Slang is used more now everybody does it including me. There's slang everywhere now like in Facebook, Twitter etc. Also people don't talk so much in person anymore like a guy now would usually ask the girl on a date threw texting rather then in person like back then. Another thing would be bullying, kids now would bully people on the internet because its easier for them to talk bad about someone rather than being face to face. So I believe communication in high school is worst than how it use to be.

Writting Challenges: There is so many writing challenges such as starting an essay, putting necessary details that are not out of topic, ending a essay, grammar etc. For me the challenges I have is starting an essay and the grammar. Starting the essay is hard for me because it takes me a while to think about a topic sentence because I always re-read my topic sentence and I think way to much about it. Also I like to change my mind a lot so I change it like 4-5 times even though the first time is fine. My other struggle is my grammar. I struggle on this since my grammar is not so good. My grammar is also bad because I am use to using slang in text and talking to friends. I usually forget I'm using slang when I am typing an essay and start cutting words short like "tho". I try to re-read my essay to catch slang but sometimes I'll miss it.
